Ann Linde, former Minister for Foreign Affairs of Sweden, becomes Special Advisor on Foreign Affairs of FEPS. Linde also served as Minister for European Union Affairs and Trade and State Secretary at the Ministry for Home Affairs. Besides these top governmental roles, she was the International Secretary of the Swedish Social Democratic Party and Head of the International Unit of the Party of European Socialists (PES), based in Brussels.

Her connection to FEPS started a long time ago as she was a board member and Vice-Chair of the Olof Palme International Centre, one of FEPS member foundations.

Besides her role as Special Advisor, Linde is also Co-Chair of the Feminist Foreign Policy Progressive Voices Collective, an expert network and research project launched on 23 October 2023 by FEPS and Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung. This project will explore the transformative potentials of a European feminist policy and identify its current challenges.
